Record new office supply was delivered in the first half of the year. Approximately 200,000 m2 was delivered in H1 with over 140,000 m2 completed in Q2 2009. Take-up surpassed 51,000 m2 almost equally spread over the first 2 quarters of the year, but representing a drop of almost 60% in comparison with the previous year. Rents have softened in H1 with y-o-y prime rent registering a decrease of approximately 10-15%
